◇◇◇

This time, we introduce REBUN from the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters official performance team, "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION The Fighters."

Born July 17 in Kanagawa Prefecture, nickname is 'Bun-chan.' Hobbies include nature walks, birdwatching, photography, and visiting bakeries. Special skills include modern ballet, spotting and catching living creatures.

REBUN has a deep affection for Hokkaido, including Rebun Island, from which his name comes from. He previously worked in dairy farming, managing dairy cows, milking milking cows, and cleaning barns, working hard every day caring for the cows.

ES CON FIELD Watching a game at HOKKAIDO inspired her to say, "I want to be someone who energizes the stadium," and tried three The Fighters girl auditions for the past three times, but did not get any results. After that, at a turning point in her life, she got the opportunity to be scouted.

"I was scouted just as I was leaving Hokkaido and wondering what to do next. In fact, I had a connection connected to Hokkaido at a turning point in my life before, and strangely, I felt as if I was being guided there. Because life happens only once, I wanted to cherish that connection and take on new challenges, which is why I decided to join." With this mysterious encounter in mind, REBUN is stepping into a new stage.

A Q&A with REBUN!

◯How would you describe your personality in one word?
My Own Pace

What are some essential warnings that should always be included in your "instruction manual"?
Whenever I see an animal, I can't help but chase after it or try to catch it.

I love "〇〇"!
Living creatures, playing musical instruments, dancing, costumes, dresses

I'm not good at "〇〇"!
Loud noises, surprises, psychological warfare

What were your childhood dreams?
To become a princess, to live with lots of animals

What is the most moving experience you've ever had in your life?
One year after saying goodbye to my two beloved cats, I found a kitten that reminded me so much of them, right on the midpoint between their death anniversaries. Its fur color and even its personality were eerily similar, making me wonder if it had come back to me, and I thought that perhaps fate truly exists.

What are you grateful for in your life?
"It's your life, so why not do what you want to do?" My family, with just those words, allowed me to freely pursue what I wanted to do. Thanks to them always respecting and supporting my desire to try new things, I am who I am today.

What inspired you to start dancing?
When I was little, I would sing and dance all day long, so my mother took me to ballet classes, saying, "If you love dancing so much..."

◯What's your phone's wallpaper?
This is my pet Java sparrow. This is one of my favorite photos of it happily eating a homemade birthday cake!

What would you want to eat as your last meal?
It was what I wanted to eat most at that time.

What surprised you when the activities started?
I was surprised at how quickly the day went by, and how many people knew about Rebun Island, which is the origin of the name! I was so happy to hear so many people say, "I've been there!" or "I'm going there next time!"

What do you find most difficult about your activities right now?
It's about memorization. There are so many things to remember, like the choreography and where to stand, so I'm working hard to review them every day.

◯What were your impressions on your first day of practice?
I had been out of practice for a while, and my body was struggling to keep up, but it also motivated me to "give it my all!"

Here's what's amazing about member XX!
MINORI has adorable dimples and is a calming presence on the team. But what I admire most about her is her hard work. She studies how to present herself, and even though she's a great dancer, she's not satisfied with the status quo and is always inspired by her continuous growth. Her sharp performances, honed through cheerleading, are truly impressive, and her ability to utilize her strengths is remarkable!

What are you most looking forward to doing with this team from now on?
Because we're a newly debuted team, we'll be able to show you our growth as we take on new challenges.

◯What do you think "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" is?
I believe this team will bring a breath of fresh air to ES CON FIELD Hokkaido and deliver an unprecedented level of fun.

Look at this part of me!
Please pay attention to the soft and supple movements I've cultivated through modern ballet! I actually have experience in dairy farming, and I'm surprisingly confident in my muscles, more so than you might expect from my appearance. I hope you enjoy the contrast between my softness and strength!

If you had to choose your walk-up music for the 2026 season, which would it be?
SUPER EIGHT "Zukkoke Otoko Michi"

Finally, a message to the readers of Pacific League Insight...

"Thank you for reading to the end! My name comes from Rebun Island. I would be happy if you could remember me as 'Rebun of Rebun Island.' I look forward to seeing you at ES CON FIELD Hokkaido!"

[FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION]
Established in 2026 as a sister group to Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' official cheerleading team, "The Fighters Girls," this "next-generation co-creation performance team" began its activities on May 29, 2026, with 10 initial members, aiming to evolve ES CON FIELD Hokkaido and F Village into world-class ballparks, based on the team's "Fan Service 1st" philosophy. Its greatest feature is that it transcends the traditional role of performers and operates as a "community cast" that connects people, spaces, and experiences. Its goal is to transform every location within the facility into a stage, creating a special day that goes beyond just the game, uniting fans right in front of them. Another major appeal of this project is that it regularly shares the members' real-life growth stories through video content, allowing fans to watch and grow alongside them.
