Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters have announced the launch of "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION," a performance team that will create new forms of entertainment, as a sister team to their official The Fighters squad, "The Fighters Girls."

The group officially began its activities on Friday, May 29, 2026, with an unveiling stage for its initial 10 members at ES CON FIELD Hokkaido. Having already attracted considerable attention since their debut, we spoke with a representative from the team to find out what motivated them to form the group, what kind of activities they will be undertaking, and what future they envision.

What is "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION"?

"FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" was established under Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters philosophy of "Fan Service 1st," with the aim of further evolving the entertainment at first baseman ES CON FIELD.

Their greatest strength lies not only in their dance performances, but also in their activities as "community cast" that connect people with each other, with each other and with each other, and with various experiences. They transform every space within ES CON FIELD and F Village into a stage, creating an exciting atmosphere in close proximity to their fans.

The initial members were AYARI, RINO, URUHA, CHIYUME, MINORI, HINATA, YUKINA, KAHO, KOHARU, and REBUN—a total of 10 people.

A major theme of this project is that each member continues to grow and challenge themselves, honing not only their performance skills but also their "human qualities." A major appeal is that fans can watch and enjoy their real-life growth story together through the regularly released video content.

Towards the birth of "Community Cast" that transcends conventional boundaries: Interview with a team representative

--First, could you tell us about the origins of "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION"?

ES CON FIELD and F Village aim to become a ballpark that can be proudly presented not only in Japan but also around the world. Therefore, in order to provide a variety of entertainment and services, we have decided to launch a performance team that will create new forms of entertainment within the stadium space.

Our goal was to transcend the traditional roles of cheerleaders and other "spectators" in the sports world. As "community cast" connecting people to people, and people to spaces and experiences, we aim to create a day that goes beyond just the game. Transforming any place where people gather into a stage, "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" was born as a next-generation co-creation unit to take on a new role at ES CON FIELD and F Village.

—This is a new endeavor, and these are the initial members. How were they selected?

This time, instead of holding auditions, we reached out to individuals who are active and successful in various fields through scouting.

In selecting the members, we considered not only their dance experience and background, but also their special skills, areas of expertise, personality, and above all, their love The Fighters. As a result, we have assembled a truly diverse and unique group of members, including a girl who is fluent in languages, a girl who works at the official store at ES CON FIELD, a beer vendor, and even a girl who loves Hokkaido so much that she moved here from the Tokyo metropolitan area.

--Could you tell us about your activities and performance schedule?

Our activities will primarily take place on game days at ES CON FIELD. Currently, we do not have any appearances on non-game days or at external events, but we will be performing at all home games held at ES CON FIELD.

Their activities are diverse. In addition to stage shows and performances in the stands, they will deepen their interaction with guests in various situations, such as serving customers, providing guidance, and handling customer service in the concourse. Just as the saying goes, "Every place where people gather is a stage," you can expect to see them in all parts of the stadium.

--Finally, please tell us about the future you envision for "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" and what kind of excitement it will generate going forward.

First and foremost, our main goal is to make the team name and their activities known to as many people as possible. We want "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" itself to become one of the things that makes coming to ES CON FIELD so enjoyable, and we intend to put even more effort into guest services so that we can leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Furthermore, we hope that the members will interact with guests both inside and outside the stadium and convey the world of F Village through their own expressions. This project is also one of the stages for the members themselves to continue challenging themselves. We strongly hope that the skills honed through practice and the expanding expressions will lead to their next possibilities, resulting in great challenges and growth.

The "The Fighters Girls" focus on ground performances, acting as a bridge between the excitement of ground and the fans in the stands, creating an electrifying atmosphere during games. The "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" specializes in the role of "community cast," creating warm interactions in every part of the stadium.

Because each has its own strengths and roles, their coexistence allows them to complement each other, elevating the value of the experience at ES CON FIELD F Village to an even higher level.
