This time, we introduce MINORI from the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters official performance team, "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION The Fighters."

Born on October 11 in Obihiro City, Hokkaido, nickname is 'Mino-chan.' Her hobby is ice cream shopping, and her special skill is remembering people's faces.

MINORI has achieved a track record of winning the overall cheerleading Hokkaido tournament and participating in national competitions for three consecutive years. She says, "Through cheerleading, I learned the wonderful power of bringing smiles," and after performing at the Taiwanese professional basketball opening game and collaborating with The Fighters girls at events, her admiration for professional cheerleaders grew stronger.

MINORI previously worked as a beer vendor at ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, interacting with many fans. Amidst all this, she was drawn to the appeal of the team that could energize The Fighters up close with fans through scouting, and joined FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION. Now, as a member of the performance team she admired, she brings the best smiles to the stadium.

A Q&A session with MINORI!

◯How would you describe your personality in one word?
Innocent

What are some essential warnings that should always be included in your "instruction manual"?
I'm the type of person who thrives on praise.

I love "〇〇"!
Sweets! Ice cream! Crepes! Cake! I've never met anyone with a bigger sweet tooth than me; I absolutely adore sweets.

I'm not good at "〇〇"!
Bugs. I love summer events, but I really dislike summer because of the bugs...

What were your childhood dreams?
I'm an idol who can sing and dance. I love Tomomi Itano from AKB48 and used to imitate her fluffy skirts. I've loved cute clothes since I was little.

What is the most moving experience you've ever had in your life?
It was the moment I stood on stage and danced for the first time at my debut performance. I used to think of cheerleading as being "on the cheering side," but I was truly moved by the support I received from so many people, the smiles of the fans, and the view I saw from the stage. It was a moment when I truly realized just how powerful support can be.

What are you grateful for in your life?
mother.
When I was deciding on my future path, there was a time when I was hesitant and wondered if I should give up on pursuing this career. At that time, my mother said to me, "I love watching you dance, Mino," and "It's okay to do what you love," and those words gave me the push I needed. It was because of those words that I was able to choose the path I'm on now, and now I truly believe that I'm so glad I didn't give up back then. From now on, I want to repay her kindness by bringing smiles to many people.

What inspired you to start dancing?
It all started when I saw a cheerleading movie in elementary school. As someone who loves cute costumes and sports, it was something I admired from the moment I first saw it!

◯What's your phone's wallpaper?
This is a photo with my beloved Hello Kitty.

What would you want to eat as your last meal?
I want to eat a lot of ice cream!

What surprised you when the activities started?
It's the warmth of baseball fans that I feel. Every day when I see them, they give me warm words like "Keep up the good work!", and each and every word is a great encouragement to me. I feel the power of their support every single day!

What do you find most difficult about your activities right now?
This is the MC segment after the performance. I really respect The Fighters Girls for being able to speak without getting out of breath.

◯What were your impressions on your first day of practice?
I was so nervous that I was struggling just to keep up with the shaking off of the group...

Here's what's amazing about member XX!
HINATA's knowledge The Fighters is incredible! Her experience working in a merchandise shop gives her detailed information on goods and facilities, and her knowledge of The Fighters' history is far superior to anyone else's.

What are you most looking forward to doing with this team from now on?
I'm looking forward to delivering even more improved dance performances in the future, and to communicating with my fans a lot more.

◯What do you think "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" is?
I want to be someone who not only cheers for the game but also makes people think, "I'm so glad I came to ES CON FIELD today!" I will also do my best to be someone who can bring smiles to everyone's faces and bring them energy.

Look at this part of me!
It's about communicating with my fans. I want to make lots of eye contact and cherish the time I spend with each and every one of you.

If you had to choose your walk-up music for the 2026 season, which would it be?
Goose house "Towards the Sound →"

Finally, a message to the readers of Pacific League Insight...

"I will work hard to become someone that makes all the fans think, 'I'm so glad I supported FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION!' I would be happy if you would continue to watch me grow. I look forward to seeing you all at the stadium!"

[FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION]
Established in 2026 as a sister group to Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' official cheerleading team, "The Fighters Girls," this "next-generation co-creation performance team" began its activities on May 29, 2026, with 10 initial members, aiming to evolve ES CON FIELD Hokkaido and F Village into world-class ballparks, based on the team's "Fan Service 1st" philosophy. Its greatest feature is that it transcends the traditional role of performers and operates as a "community cast" that connects people, spaces, and experiences. Its goal is to transform every location within the facility into a stage, creating a special day that goes beyond just the game, uniting fans right in front of them. Another major appeal of this project is that it regularly shares the members' real-life growth stories through video content, allowing fans to watch and grow alongside them.
