Chiba Lotte Marines The team announced that the six-member male vocal group “SHOW-WA” will attend the game against the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham on Friday, August 21. On the day of the game, “SHOW-WA” will perform the ceremonial first pitch and sing before the game, and will also appear at the inning intermission event to liven up the stadium.

SHOW-WA is a six-member male vocal group formed from over 3,000 applicants through the unprecedented “Don’t Give Up on Your Dreams! Audition”—which required applicants to be 25 years of age or older—with the goal of reviving Showa-era pop music in the Reiwa era and energizing Japan.They won the New Artist Award at the 67th Japan Record Awards in 2025. Their long-awaited solo concert at the Nippon Budokan is scheduled for October 1, 2026.
