On September 19, two Pacific League club-hosted farm regular season games will be held.

Atsuki Muto appeared in a regular season game for the first time in a month yesterday.

At Shinrindori Stadium Izumi, the 17th game between the Tohoku Rakuten Eagles and Hokkaido Nippon-Ham will be held from 12:00.

【This season's head-to-head record】Tohoku Rakuten Eagles (2nd in East) vs. Hokkaido Nippon-Ham (1st in East) 6 wins, 8 losses, 2 draws

On the 18th, Tohoku Rakuten Eagles player Atsuki Muto hit a timely doble that served as the game-winning hit in his first regular season appearance in about a month. In his last appearance on August 7th, in a first-team game against Hokkaido Nippon-Ham, his own error led to a walk-off. He wants to retrain in the farm system to become a player trusted in both offense and defense.

On the other hand, for Hokkaido Nippon-Ham, pay attention to player Yuma Imagawa. In August, he recorded a .333 batting average and 3 Home Runs in 10 first-team games, but in September he struggled with 18 consecutive at-bats without a hit and was removed from the roster on the 14th. In his first game after joining the second team yesterday, he recorded a hit in his first at-bat. He aims to make the sound of a good hit ring out again and target a promotion for the post-season.

Fukuoka Softbank is scheduled to have Rutledge as the starting pitcher.

At Tamahome Stadium Chikugo, the 29th round match between Fukuoka Softbank and the Hanshin Tigers will be held from 17:00.

【This season's head-to-head record】Fukuoka Softbank (1st in West) vs Hanshin Tigers (4th in West) 15 wins, 9 losses, 4 draws

Fukuoka Softbank is scheduled to start pitcher Rutledge. In his previous appearance (12th, against Chiba Lotte Marines), he earned his first win in his first appearance in Japan in the first team, pitching 5 innings with 68 pitches, 5 hits, 0 walks or Hit by Pitch, 4 strike outs, and 1 runs. He is a proven new addition who appeared in 63 games in the Major Leagues last season. He aims to deliver a brilliant performance heading into the post-season.
