Chiba Lotte Marines will hold a game sponsored by ZOZO, Inc. during the match against Saitama Seibu Lions on September 21 (Mon, Holiday). In conjunction with this, pre-order sales for charity bracelets with a ZOZO collaboration design began today, the 14th, at noon on ZOZOTOWN.
The items being sold this time are charity bracelets from "MADE51," a global brand for refugee support led by the UN agency UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees). MADE51 is an initiative where refugee artisans around the world create handicrafts using traditional techniques passed down in their respective regions and deliver them to global markets, creating opportunities to earn a continuous income through craftsmanship. It supports the self-reliance and reconstruction of refugees' lives.
For each charity bracelet purchased, 4 US dollars will go toward direct support for the refugee artisans who made them and minimum production costs, and 2 US dollars will be donated to UNHCR's refugee support activities worldwide. Additionally, a portion of the sales, excluding the support amount for UNHCR's refugee support activities and various expenses, is planned to be returned to society through ZOZO's social contribution activities.
Furthermore, before the game against Saitama Seibu Lions on September 21 (Mon, Holiday), which is also International Day of Peace, a special opening movie will be broadcast on the stadium vision. Naoya Masuda pitcher and Soto, wearing the charity bracelets, will appear and deliver messages including their thoughts on peace and a call for charity.

"I am happy that we can deliver support from Chiba to the world. I think it is a very good thing that our activities can help people around the world. I think it is difficult to spread the circle of support globally, but let's work together with all the fans and players by wearing these charity bracelets so that we can deliver smiles from Chiba to the world."

"I think it is truly wonderful that people currently living as refugees are making these lovely charity bracelets, and that we have the opportunity to support them by purchasing them. I hope the fans will also support this activity by purchasing the charity bracelets. I hope everyone can live in peace, tranquility, and happiness."
