Chiba Lotte Marines announced that team alumnus Shunsuke Watanabe, who serves as the "CO-FIELD KIMITSU" ambassador, will appear at the "Kimitsu Ballpark Street Social Experiment Event" to be held in Kimitsu City on Saturday, September 26.

The "Kimitsu Ballpark Street Social Experiment Event" is held as part of the "Kimitsu Ballpark Street Project," which aims to turn the roadside connecting Kimitsu Station and the ballpark into a lively street that is "fun to walk."

This social experiment is conducted through collaboration between the Kimitsu Ballpark Street Executive Committee and Kimitsu City, in conjunction with the "28th Kimitsu Citizens' Fureai Festival," to create roadside bustle. On the day, parking lots along Kimitsu Chuo-dori will be utilized to set up a baseball experience booth operated by The Marines, as well as local sales booths and rest areas, with various events taking place.

Shunsuke Watanabe will appear in a talk event on the stage within the venue from 15:45 to 16:05. Additionally, from 14:00 to 15:30, he is scheduled to provide staff support at the baseball experience booth and conduct greetings within the venue.

The Marines will collaborate with local residents, including those in Kimitsu City, to work on creating regional vitality centered around the new farm team home base and fostering interaction through baseball.
