On July 11th, in the sixth game of the farm team regular season between Chiba Lotte Marines and Hayate Shizuoka, held at Lotte Urawa Baseball Stadium, Chiba Lotte Marines win 5-3.

Chiba Lotte Marines 's starting pitcher, Yuji Nishino got off to a good start in the top of the first inning, striking closer the first three struck out in a row. He retired the next three innings in the top of the third as well, but in the top of the fourth inning, after hit and stolen base put a runner on third with one out, he gave up a run on an infield grounder. He pitched the top of the fifth and sixth innings closer any trouble, and left mound after that inning.

The batting lineup had been closer to just one hit through four innings, but in the bottom of the fifth inning, trailing by one run, Shogo Nakamura led off with doble and an error put runners on first and second with no outs. Ko Matsukawa then hit a two-run single to take the lead. Polanco and Kota Inoue also hit timely doble, extending the lead to 5-1.

The relief pitcher and​ ​Humiya Motomae pitcher each allowed one runs, but Shuta Ishikawa pitcher out the game runs, ending it 5-3. Starting pitcher Nishino threw 71 pitches over 6 innings, allowing 4 hit, no Hit by Pitch or hit batsmen strike out 5, and runs only 1 run, showing he is in good shape to be called up back to the first team. The offense saw Hiromi Oka and Ishigaki Katsumi each get 2 hit. They came back with a flurry of hits in the bottom of the 5th inning to take the lead and secure their 6th consecutive win.
