On May 23, in the fifth round of the Farm regular season Hokkaido Nippon-Ham vs. Tokyo Yakult held at The Fighters Kamagaya Stadium, Hokkaido Nippon-Ham win 6-1. He extended his winning streak to four.

Starting pitcher Kohei Arihara pitcher allowed hit to the leadoff hitter in the first inning but cut off the trailing runners.
