This time, we introduce the official cheer performer of Chiba Lotte Marines, M☆Splash!! MASHIRO, the new member of 'M-Splash.'

Born in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, height 164.5 cm, hobbies include going to live shows, listening to music, and coordinating various genres.

MASHIRO is a powerhouse team that has won numerous awards at competitions and has honed his cheerleading skills for seven years. Driven by the desire to "do work that benefits others through my beloved dance" and "I love baseball," M☆Splash aspires to be a professional baseball cheerleader and dances all genres coolly!! I was drawn to this and took the audition. With solid skills cultivated and unwavering passion for cheerleading, we deliver a full-service performance to the stadium from our rookie year.

A person who likes to do things at their own pace and enjoys competition.

I might appear frozen sometimes, but I'm not just spacing out! I'm thinking hard about something!

What is the most moving experience you've ever had in your life?
When I was able to give a satisfying performance at a cheer dance competition
Towards the end of our competition routine, I was released from extreme tension, and as I danced with all my might, feeling a sense of unity with my teammates, I truly felt from the bottom of my heart that I was so glad I had discovered cheerleading, and it felt like all the setbacks and hardships I had gone through up to that point had been rewarded! It was such an amazing moment that I almost cried!

What are you grateful for in your life?
family
I'm grateful that you always told me from a young age that I could do anything if I tried hard. Thanks to that, I was able to challenge myself in many things and pursue them to the fullest!

What inspired you to start dancing?
When I was looking for a school for my junior high school entrance exams, I saw the cheerleading club's performance at the school festival and thought, "I want to join this team too!"

Where do you want to go most right now?

What is something you would like to try someday?
I'm going to a dance studio on a solo trip abroad!

◯What is your ideal way to spend a holiday?
I'll sleep without setting an alarm, wake up naturally, have a picnic, dance, eat meat, and go back to sleep!

I've always admired the "BLACK SUMMER WEEK" stage because it has a different atmosphere than usual, so I'm really looking forward to it!

【M☆Splash!!】
Celebrating their 23rd year together this year, "M☆Splash!!" is a cheerleading group that supports The Marines alongside the fans, creating an exciting atmosphere at the stadium through their dance performances on ground.
Outside the stadium, she actively engages in community service activities such as appearing at events in Chiba Prefecture, visiting schools, and participating in volunteer work. She also focuses on nurturing the next generation as an instructor at the team's official kids dance school, "The Marines Dance Academy (MDA)."
For the 2026 season, the team will expand to a total of 22 members, including eight new members. Wearing new costumes based on the concept of "coexistence of individuality and team unity," they will deliver powerful and spectacular performances to support The Marines 'win.
