He recorded his first multi-hit game of the season. He will continue to perform well and hopefully earn a spot on the main roster in his third year as a professional.

Tatsuru Yanagimachi has shown signs of recovery, batting .636 in the three games since joining the minor league team.

The 9th game between Fukuoka Softbank and Hanshin Tigers will be held at Tama Home Stadium Chikugo starting at 6 PM.

Fukuoka Softbank has high hopes for Tatsuru Yanagimachi. He started the season with the first team and was in starting line-up for the opening game, but he failed to produce results, with 21 hit in 101 At Bat-bats over 31 games for a batting average of .208, and was removed from the roster on the 12th. However, he has since appeared in three farm team games, where he has hit 7 hit At Bat 11 at-bats with 3 RBI. He will be waiting for an opportunity to be called up to the first team again after further adjustments.
