​Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Yuki Nomura player hit his eighth solo homer.

Nomura, starting as the cleanup hitter third baseman, entered his second at-bat in the bottom of the 3rd inning with one out and no runner, and with count 2-2, the opposing starter Tokito Kawamura Counter pitcher fastball. The confident ball landed directly on the opponent's bullpen. He scored a valuable run with his eighth solo homer. Then, in the bottom of the fifth, a ball that caught pitcher Kawamura's breaking ball again went to left field. The big hit pierced the upper tier of the stands, marking his second consecutive solo home run in his 9th at-bat.

In yesterday's game, Nomura retired in two at-bats and was sent in as a pinch hitter in the bottom of the sixth. In this game as well, in his first at-bat in the bottom of the first inning, with one out and runners on first and second, he suffered a series of frustrating results, including falling to a swinging struck out in a situation where he was the first to score, but he managed to clear his frustration with back-to-back home runs in two consecutive at-bats.
