On Tuesday, June 9th, "STAR WARS NIGHT" was held at Zozo Marine Stadium for the second consecutive year. This event was held to commemorate the nationwide theatrical release of the hit movie "Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Glogo." On that day, a large number of fans wearing merchandise featuring characters from "Star Wars" packed the stadium. This time, we'll bring you a full report of the event.

Before the game started, a character photo session was held in front of the stadium. Since fans were allowed to bring lightsabers and costume items on the day of the event, each fan participated with merchandise related to the work, and they enjoyed the photo session striking various poses.

Furthermore, the characters marched around the perimeter of the stadium and greeted fans.

The Marines Store Museum branch, which featured a wide array of STAR WARS-themed The Marines merchandise, including limited-edition goods using the STAR WARS NIGHT key visual, was bustling with many visitors from early in the day.

Ma-kun, Lean-chan, Zoo-chan, and the cheer performers "M☆Splash!!" will also appear wearing their character costumes.

And once again this year, Lucasfilm-approved costume groups came to the stadium to greet fans at each entrance gate.

As the excitement and tension of fans eagerly await the start of the game filled the stadium, the ceremonial pitch featured actor Yuri Tsunematsu, known as a huge fan of the Star Wars series. Daito Yamamoto players enter the batter’s box holding lightsabers instead of bats. pitch was narrowly missed by a bounce, but the stadium received a big round of applause.

There were plenty of special effects throughout the game, including fireworks after the 5th inning.

When the match begins, the vision is also made to Star Wars style. The inning opening segment featured footage related to an episode from the show, and after the bottom of the second inning, a 'Grogoo Quiz' was presented. The game featured special features like player introductions and BSO count displays, making it irresistible for fans of the series.

During "STAR WARS NIGHT FIRE WORKS" after the bottom of the 5th inning, fireworks were launched to the tune of famous Star Wars music. The light blue and green of the Jedi were used during "Main Title," the red of Darth Vader during "The Imperial March," and the white of the Mandalorian and the green of Glogu during "The Mandalorian and Grogu," creating a spectacular "galaxy" that lit up the night sky.

With both pitching and hitting clicking, Chiba Lotte Marines secured a 3-1 win. On the victory platform, pitcher Jackson revealed, "Actually, I just went to see 'Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Glogoo' yesterday," and concluded his hero interview with the Mandalorian's famous line, "This is the way." "STAR WARS NIGHT" ended with great success, marking the second consecutive year of victories for The Marines 'win.
