His tenacity in both pitching and hitting led to win. Notably, pitcher Shibata recorded his first professional save. Meanwhile, Fukuoka Softbank starter C. Stewart Jr. pitcher posted a 4.1 inning, 6 hit 3 Walk 1 strike out 3 runs. The lineup had 10 hit, with Makihara hitting 3 hit 1 RBI, Yudai Yamamoto and Ukyo Shuto 2 hit, but they failed to hit decisive hits and suffered consecutive losses.
