◇Hokkaido Nippon-Ham vs Fukuoka Softbank Game 21 (1st, ES CON FIELD)
Hokkaido Nippon-Ham's Yuma Imagawa hit a game-tying 4th solo Home Run.
He started the game as the "4th hitter and left fielder." In the bottom of the 2nd inning trailing by one run, he entered his first At Bat as the leadoff hitter and swung through a breaking ball from the opponent's starting pitcher Moinelo on a 1-0 count. The ball, drawing a large parabola, flew into the left bullpen, bringing the game back to a start.
After recording a .281 batting average and 6 Home Runs in 55 games in the minor leagues, he was promoted for the first time this season on August 14th. He had been on a hot streak with 8 hits in 24 At Bats, a .333 batting average, and 3 Home Runs in 10 games (as of before the game). He responded to his first appointment as the 4th hitter this season with a blast.
