On Friday, the 17th, Chiba Lotte Marines' team mascot, Ma-kun, and MIKU from the team's official cheerleading squad, M☆Splash!!, participated in the "Summer Accident Zero Campaign: Joint Public-Private Street Awareness Activity" held at the plaza in front of the west exit of Keisei Chiba Station, organized by the Chiba Coast Guard and the Chiba Prefectural Police Headquarters, to raise awareness.

This event was held with the aim of preventing the increase in maritime and water-related accidents during the summer months. At the venue, five points were introduced to prevent accidents during leisure activities such as swimming and fishing at the beach or river: "Wear a life jacket," "Do not enter restricted areas," "Consider the weather forecast and your physical condition and do not overexert yourself," "Play at beaches with lifeguards," and "Keep an eye on your children." In addition, Ma-kun and MIKU, who participated in the opening ceremony, called on attendees to the importance of enjoying themselves safely at the waterfront and announced the "2026 SUMMER ENJOY Special Invitation," which aims to allow many people to enjoy watching professional baseball during the summer holidays.
