The “Mynavi All-Star Game 2026” will be held on Tuesday, July 28, at Tokyo Dome, and on Wednesday, July 29, at Toyama Municipal Stadium. The results of the fan vote were announced on the 7th. The players selected via Pacific League and their comments are as follows (* indicates the number of times selected via fan vote).

Hokkaido Nippon-Ham A total of six players were selected from the team—the most of any of the 12 clubs. Notably, a player from Chusei Mannami secured a spot in the All-Star Game for the third consecutive year by receiving the most votes on Pacific League. From the top-ranked Fukuoka Softbank: Ukyo Shuto; from Chiba Lotte Marines: Shota Suzuki, pitcher, Ryusei Ogawa, and Misho Nishikawa; and from Orix Buffaloes: Machado pitcher, who was selected via the fan vote for the first time.
