On June 4, in the 13th round of the Farm regular season against Chiba Lotte Marines Tohoku Rakuten Eagles held in Shinrindori Stadium Izumi, Tohoku Rakuten Eagles win 5-3.

Starting pitcher Contreras pitcher allowed the first run in the first inning with one out and a runner on third on a doble by Tsuyoshi Yamazaki, but then allowed the first run on a sacrifice fly by Shogo Nakamura. He continued to struggle with control and was taken out partway through the third inning. 2.2 innings, 53 pitches, 2 hit, 4 walks, Hit by Pitch 1 runs.

Meanwhile, the lineup quickly tied the game in the bottom of the first inning with Kohiro Komori 's second solo homer right after taking the lead. Furthermore, with Kyosuke Kaneko and Shion Otsubo players scoring consecutive doble to take the lead, Akira Shigenaga players also contributed timely hits, making those three runs. In the bottom of the third, Shigenaga added two more runs with a timely single from runners on first and second and a sacrifice fly by Kei Mizukami.

For the relievers, Wataru Karashima pitcher made his regular season first appearance of the season in the top of the fourth inning, and retired all three ba closer tters in just seven pitches, including one struck out. He continued the game with no runs until the seventh inning, but Chia-Hao Sung pitcher came in in the top of the eighth and hit Yu Tatematsu 's second solo home run and Shinya Matsuishi 's timely hit to make it two runs. However, they did not give up the lead, and in the end, Naoki Hihata pitcher closed out the top of the ninth with three outs retired.

The Tohoku Rakuten Eagles win had 2 hit 1 RBI, including Komori's Home Run. Third-round draft rookie Shigenaga also posted a 3-hit 2-RBI record. The losing Chiba Lotte Marines started Yuji Nishino pitcher with 66 pitches, 8 hit, 2 Walk, and 5 runs over 4 innings. The lineup featured Yamazaki, Tatematsu, and Ryoju Okamura, each recording 2 hit.
